Tiggo- Opportunities Platform

Tiggo SP bridges the access gap for built environment professionals. While talent is abundant, opportunities are scattered across portals, LinkedIn threads, and WhatsApp groups. Tiggo SP turns this fragmented process into an intuitive platform where professionals can discover relevant RFPs, apply directly, and showcase their expertise. More than a listing board, it acts as a launchpad for real, paid opportunities.

About

Client: Tiggo.Inc

Contribution: UX Design, Web Development, Prototyping, User Research

Year: 2024

Problems to Solve

Access, not talent, was the barrier. Professionals struggled with:

  • Scattered RFPs across portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp.

  • Late discovery and irrelevant listings.

  • Overwhelming, bureaucratic application processes.

  • Lack of clarity, respect, and central access.

Solution

A launchpad, not a listing board — designed for clarity, speed, and belonging:

  • Simple RFP feed with relevant filters.

  • End-to-end application workflow.

  • Profiles highlighting expertise and scale.

  • Minimal, human-centered UI.

Features of the Platform

Intuitive RFP feed with meaningful filters.

  • Profile preview for user confidence.

  • Modular credential inputs for smarter matches.

  • Clear deadlines + eligibility at a glance.

Design

Brand Identity

Trust through clarity and belonging:

  • Pillars: Access, Clarity, Belonging.

  • Tone: Helpful, jargon-free, respectful.

  • Visuals: Bold yet warm, mirroring public space values.

Results

Less time searching, more time building:

  • Faster, relevant project discovery.

  • Higher confidence and engagement.

  • Shifted platform perception from bureaucratic → empowering.

Muskan's Note

Designing Tiggo SP wasn’t just about fixing workflows — it was about restoring trust, access, and dignity for built environment professionals. By turning discovery into action and action into opportunity, Tiggo SP transformed the way professionals connect with projects — one opportunity at a time.
